1、 Overview of the scheme

This scheme is customized by jinruida through analyzing the needs of the enterprise. We propose the following formal RFID logistics retail management system. The clothing tag, outer box mark and cargo location identification are read by fixed UHF RFID reader, handheld, channel machine, channel door and other equipment. The goods can be delivered and put into and out quickly in the warehouse in order to shorten the overall supply cycle, and realize the real-time statistics and quick replenishment of the goods in the store, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient operation, promotion of sales and statistical consumption habits.

2、 Scheme operation flow

1. RFID clothing label information writing

Information writing of new tag

If the RFID clothing label is in the form of PVC card, RFID inlay is directly laminated in the middle layer of the tag to form a whole. This label can be repeatedly scrabbled and recycled repeatedly to greatly reduce the investment cost of the enterprise.

This tag type tag can be written with special RFID automatic card issuing device. As shown in the following figure, usually, one side of hard tag is only printed brand image, the other side is left blank, and then a sticker printed with color code and barcode information is pasted on the opposite side of the tag (removable glue is used for adhesive label, It is convenient to remove and not leave residual glue when recycling. The automatic card issuing device reads barcode information first and then writes the unique code corresponding to barcode into each tag chip.

The system only involves the functional requirements of anti collision products, because it only involves the application of logistics and other links. Therefore, it is necessary to use RFID tag's EPC encoding to write and read TID. When initializing tags, it is necessary to transfer garment encoding from ERP system to generate the unique encoding of tags to EPC storage area, and use the TID number of labels to make the sole judgement to enhance the reliability and robustness of the system.

2. Hang up the hang tag

When the factory sends the order, it will follow the different brands of each color code on the order, simultaneous interpreting the corresponding SKU RFID brand logo with the traditional tag as an excipient, and then go to the production line or production team administrator with the production materials of the order. When the finished garment is off line, RFID tag and traditional paper tag are taken out from the corresponding label package according to SKU of the garment. Only one SKU label should be taken at a time. It is necessary to avoid mixing different styles with the operation to avoid confusion.

After the clothing is offline, the goods shall be packed according to the principle of one SKU as much as possible in the same box, and then the color code information and quantity of the money shall be marked on the packing label on the surface of the box.

The factory will send the delivery documents of this batch to the headquarters of brand manufacturers through the network platform, and make the notice of pre delivery so that the warehouse of the headquarters can be checked after arrival.

2.1 warehousing quality inspection

After the finished clothing is transported to the warehouse of the brand manufacturer headquarters, the quality inspection shall be carried out first. The first step of quality inspection is to use RFID desktop reader or special inspection and packing table (including desktop RFID reader and a PC, and automatic conveyor belt) to check whether the attached RFID tag information is consistent with the receiving mark, water washing mark, and whether the goods themselves are consistent or lack of standard, if not, Then enter the temporary storage area and wait for correction before warehousing.

2.2 acceptance and warehousing

With the existing receiving and shipping channels, the imported 4-channel high-performance card reader produced by ZHONGJIU technology can identify 400 labels without missing, and the identification rate of single box of clothes and trousers is 99%.

After the goods arrive, the operator calls out the arrival notice waiting for receiving goods, and drives the RFID receiving scanning channel after verification and confirmation, and starts to scan the goods one by one. The operator moves a full case of goods to the conveyor belt of the scanning channel, which will automatically transmit and scan the goods details through RFID reader. During the goods scanning, the program interface will display the information of the consignor, order number, goods content, planned arrival quantity, actual arrival quantity and number of arrival boxes of the goods, and display the difference information.

If the scanning results are different from the quantity and goods, enter the "reverse inspection processing area" for manual scanning and inspection.

After the receiving scan is completed, the program will upload the scanning results and record the corresponding attributes of each goods in the database, including the receiving time, receiving place, operator number, etc. And record the corresponding attributes of the order, including the order receipt quantity, receiving time, receipt difference, etc.

2.3 picking and distribution

Picking and distributing goods in the warehouse of headquarters is a complicated work, and it is easy to pick goods wrong, which leads to the increase of reverse checking workload. This system proposes the process of picking and distributing goods based on the location and the hand-held machine, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of picking.

The operation flow of distribution is as follows:

(1) The SKU location definition function is established on the existing system, which can easily find out the location of each SKU;

(2) After a new distribution order is created in the system, the distribution order containing the location information can be printed out, and the order is carried out according to the location number, so as to facilitate the dispatcher to make a reasonable route for picking up the goods.

2.4 delivery of sealed boxes

According to the order, the clothing of the same SKU shall be packed in the same box as possible, then the packing list shall be printed, the packing list shall be put into the box, and the other one shall be attached to the designated position of the packing box, and then the packing case shall be sealed.

The first step is to put the packing box to be sealed on RFID scanning channel for full case scanning, and check whether the number, type, color and size of the products in the box are correct. After the inspection is passed, go to the next step; If there is any difference, the packing box enters the "back check box processing" process.

The second step is to print out the packing list RFID printer of the packing case passed through the inspection. The printer will print the text identification information on the label surface and write the statistics of the goods in the label chip. Attach the packing label to the designated location of the packing box, then seal the packing case and transport it to each agent or flagship store.

When the agent receives goods, only reading the number of SKUs stored in the packing label chip and the number of corresponding units of each SKU can obtain the detailed information of the goods. By comparing with the delivery note, the goods can be accepted.

2.5 store sales management

The store management based on RFID technology includes three parts:

After the customer selects the clothes to be purchased, they will settle at the cashier's front desk. The cashier will stack the clothes on the RFID scanning platform. The computer will display the detailed list of the purchased goods and automatically calculate the total amount, and the store inventory will be reduced.

All sales data are automatically updated to the background system through the sales and storage system. The headquarters can easily understand the real-time sales and inventory of each store, as well as the replenishment of the goods clockwise.

After the cashier completes the cash collection, the RFID tags on the clothes are cut off one by one, and the RFID card writer hanging at the desk of the cashier is leaned (the label is initialized). For example, put it into the tag recycling box at the bottom of the table for subsequent reuse.

2.6 store inventory

For stores, the warehouse can be counted by RFID handheld terminal or POS flat card reader. During the inventory, the method of gradual partial inventory can be used for some shelf or some category or products in stock for a certain period of time, or the warehouse can be opened in full when it is idle.

For the goods on the shelf, RFID handheld terminal can be used to walk slowly along the display shelf to ensure that each item is read, and automatic counting and statistics can be realized, and the difference is displayed by comparing with the inventory data of the original system. The hand-held terminal can also automatically analyze according to the label read at the end of the inventory, and then the actual quantity of a certain type, color and model of clothing can be learned, so as to ensure the balance of inventory and timely replenishment, so as to avoid the phenomenon of shortage or code breaking of a certain garment in the clothing store and ensure the normal needs of customers.
