  RFID jewelry management is to attach RFID electronic label to precious jewelry products. 1. In the process of jewelry sales, the safety management of precious jewelry has always been the top priority. Add RFID tags to jewelry, and build RFID reader and antenna in the booth. Jewelry can be read in real time when it is in the booth. When it is picked up, it can be known by the backstage, ensuring that jewelry is always on the booth. In addition, RFID bracelets can be worn for salespersons. When they reach the top of the booth, they will be perceived. Combined with the removed jewelry, the jewelry leaving the booth can be handled by a specially assigned person. In addition, the complicated inventory work was subtracted during the shift handover.

2. Jewelry anti-counterfeiting, the use of RFID tags with a global unique ID number as the only identification of jewelry, jewelry attributes and ID number associated, you can achieve anti-counterfeiting, anti-counterfeiting and other management of jewelry.

The system is composed of jewelry individual and corresponding RFID electronic tag, electronic tag card issuing equipment, on-site inventory reading and writing equipment, computer, management system software, as well as related network equipment and network data interface. Fixed reader uses RFID integrated reader, antenna and reader integrated into one, on the one hand is to identify the tag, but also to achieve the remote data collection, the collected information real-time and accurate transmission to the background server. If there is any abnormal operation in the process of sales, transfer, consignment or safe replenishment, such as when the jewelry is illegally taken from the sales plate, the reader will not read the label information. At the end of each day's work, employees start the "automatic inventory" function, and the RFID system will automatically identify and ensure whether all the goods are stored in the designated display cabinet, which is used to inform the RFID system that all the jewelry is intact.

Workflow:

(1) Each piece of jewelry is equipped with RFID tags, and the jewelry information is written through the read-write device.

(2) Employee cards (or wristbands) are issued to employees, and relevant permissions are granted. It is used to record employees' behaviors in the main server, and ensure that employees do not trigger alarms when touching jewelry.

(3) The display area is equipped with RFID antenna, and jewelry departure time-out alarm is set: for example, if employees need to put jewelry in the display tray for customers to watch, they can take the jewelry out of the RFID intelligent display cabinet and put it into the RFID intelligent display tray for one minute display. Before the jewelry is put back into the smart display cabinet, the antenna installed in the center of the smart display tray will monitor the tray. Once the jewelry leaves the safe area, an alarm will be triggered to remind the central management personnel, the staff of the display cabinet and the security personnel to pay attention to the problem area immediately.

(4) Set transfer procedures, illegal operation trigger alarm: if the operation is not handled according to the normal procedures set in advance, and the jewelry tag or employee's work card is not registered in the corresponding RFID intelligent management link, then any abnormal jewelry processing behavior will trigger alarm.

(5) RFID counting table automatically identifies the quantity of jewelry. Employees first place each plate of jewelry one by one on the intelligent counting table equipped with RFID equipment, and the RFID equipment automatically identifies to confirm the specific quantity and situation of each plate of jewelry. Each plate of jewelry registered and recorded is put into the safe by the clerk. The system ensures that the goods have been put back into the safe through the special RFID smart antenna installed in front of the safe door, and confirms that the jewelry transfer has been completed before the safe door is closed and the system is cut off. At the same time, the specific operation of the staff should also brush their personal exclusive employee card, to ensure that the responsibility is assigned to each person.

(6) The RFID handset needs to check the jewelry when scanning. The handset communicates with the system through WiFi module, and the system checks the jewelry information in real time.

The jewelry management of RFID is based on the information binding of RFID electronic tags on precious jewelry. Combined with the jewelry inventory equipment installed on the counter, it is used to monitor, control and track the labeled jewelry, so as to realize the functions of rapid inventory and real-time management.
